How does it work?
Upload your contract in PDF, DOCX, or plain text format. Our AI analyzes every clause against thousands of known risk patterns, then generates a comprehensive report with an overall risk score, clause-by-clause findings, section scores, and actionable recommendations.

What does the Free plan include?
The Free plan includes one contract review with AI-powered risk analysis, a detailed risk report, and the ability to share results. For unlimited reviews, DOCX downloads, PDF reports, and batch upload, upgrade to Monthly ($9.99/mo) or Annual ($79/year).
Can I use ContractReview for legal advice?
No. ContractReview provides AI-generated analysis for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Our reports highlight potential risks and suggest improvements, but you should always consult a qualified attorney for legal decisions.
What contract types do you support?
Our AI has been trained on a wide range of contract types including service agreements, NDAs, employment contracts, lease agreements, SaaS terms, partnership agreements, and more. The analysis adapts to the specific type of contract you upload.
How long does analysis take?
Most contracts are analyzed in under 30 seconds. Very large contracts (50,000+ characters) may take up to a minute. The analysis timer is displayed during processing so you always know what's happening.
What file formats are supported?
We support PDF (.pdf), Microsoft Word (.docx, .doc), plain text (.txt), rich text (.rtf), and Markdown (.md) files. Maximum file size is 10MB.
How do I share my results?
After analysis, you'll receive a unique share link. You can control sharing settings — set an expiration date, add a password, or disable downloads — from the result page. Only people with the link can view the report.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Monthly and Annual plans can be cancelled at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We don't offer partial refunds, but you keep all your existing reviews.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Creem, plus PayPal. All payments are processed securely. Creem handles global VAT/GST automatically, so the price you see is what you pay.
